I have no active marketing efforts. How can you help me get started?

To get started, we would have a chat with you to discuss what your short- and long-term goals are when it comes to business growth. From there, we would do an audit of your brand’s digital presence and propose a strategy for what marketing mediums we believe could be effective for you.

I need a website, and I need you to manage my social media. Can you do both?

Yes! We are a full-service agency that specializes in all things marketing (both digital and traditional). We believe marketing efforts work best when the same team is managing all aspects.

My brand needs a logo and business cards too. Can you do that?

Sure can! Again, “full-service” means we do everything from web development to social media management, graphic design to branding, print media to video production—and so on.

I’d like you to manage my social media, but I want access to it as well. Is that possible?

Certainly! We will maintain a regular social media posting calendar and conduct page maintenance on your behalf, but we can give you access to make sure you have the ability to post, edit and engage with content as your business page as well.

How much should I spend on marketing?

No need to start over. We will happily work with anyone who has previously been managing your marketing to ensure a transition that is as seamless for you as possible.

How involved do I need to be?

Hiring a marketing agency gives you the opportunity to focus on other tasks related to running your business. However, your input is always valued. We welcome any ideas, feedback or constructive criticism you may have. Our clients’ level of involvement is all different—with some being very hands-on in the marketing process and some encouraging us to run with it. We’re comfortable either way!

We’re a small staff who can help you make a big impact! Because we’re small, you can pretty much reach out to any one of us, and we’ll get you connected with the person you need to talk to (if it’s not us) for a particular task.

The short answer—pretty quickly! It doesn’t take us long to spin up a marketing plan and get started. With that said, there will be certain information we need to get from you in order to proceed—so as soon as we can do that, we’ll get going!
