McNutt & Partners, LLC, is seeking a copywriter to join our team. The person in this position needs to be a confident writer and editor with excellent research and communication skills. Most of this person’s work will be creating content for client social media posts and blogs according to set deadlines and posting schedules. This includes doing relevant topic research to help portray our clients as experts in their respective fields. We represent clients across a variety of industries, including financial, medical, service, retail, real estate, and many other fields.

This position will offer hourly pay commensurate on experience. This position is eligible for in-office, hybrid, or 100% remote (Central Time business hours) for candidates located in the United States.


  • Producing copy for blogs, social media, websites, direct mail pieces and other advertising materials as needed
  • Writing according to McNutt & Partners’ standards as well as client brand standards
  • Brainstorming and researching blog topics that are relevant to a client’s brand and engaging to a client’s intended audience
  • Communicating with and interviewing clients and other outside sources for blog content as needed
  • Communicating fluidly with the McNutt & Partners team during working hours
  • Tailoring writing to suit each respective client’s blog style and voice
  • Careful proofreading and editing of all copy before content is ready for scheduling
  • Meeting deadlines and working according to set content calendars
  • Working with the Social Media Manager on special projects

McNutt & Partners, LLC is looking for a skilled web specialist (web developer) with an eye for design and experience with WordPress for a full-time position. The web developer will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating WordPress-based and custom websites and web applications for McNutt & Partners clients located in the Auburn-Opelika area, around the Southeast, and across the country.

This position is fully remote-eligible and offers the opportunity for 100% remote, hybrid, or in-office working arrangements. McNutt & Partners works on Central Time with operating hours of 9am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. We provide open PTO, company-wide paid holidays, and other benefits. McNutt & Partners recognizes the value of experience, and does not require a bachelor’s degree for this position. This position reports to the Technology Partner and/or the Owner / Principal.


The Web Specialist will:

  • Design and build new responsive websites and web applications
  • Maintain existing WordPress-based and custom websites
  • Maintain and configure hosting environments, email, DNS, domain registration, and related services
  • Utilize, extend and write child themes and custom plugins
  • Customize frontend functionality with JS
  • Configure and implement Google Analytics, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Ads, Mailchimp, and other related services
  • Be a resource for clients – answer questions, make content and other updates, solve issues that may arise
  • Communicate with clients and agency management in a timely and professional manner
  • Complete other technology projects, including maintaining some agency-internal systems and tooling
  • Handle sensitive client and end-user information confidentially and securely


  • 2+ years’ experience developing and maintaining custom WordPress websites
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, PHP and JavaScript
  • High school diploma or GED
  • General knowledge of website development workflows
  • Ability to work independently or with a small team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work during Central Time business hours
  • Working project management and time management skills

Preferred skills/experience:

  • 4+ years’ experience developing and maintaining WordPress and custom websites/web apps
  • Strong experience developing custom WordPress plugins and child themes
  • Proficiency with PHP and JS for full-stack web development, including non-WordPress custom applications
  • SEO knowledge
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI, and attention to detail
  • Experience with developer-level customization of Gravity Forms-based workflows
  • Experience implementing, monitoring and securing Stripe-based payments in applications
  • Web and IT security knowledge – patching, common vulnerability types, client system security, password management and other industry-standard practices



McNutt & Partners, LLC, is seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented digital sales associate interested in unlimited earning potential for a full-time or part-time position. The ideal candidate would have at least three (3) years of sales experience, and one (1) year of sales experience in the radio/television or digital media field preferred. This position is ideal for those with sales experience looking to transition into a more modern, thriving form of media.

The sales associate will be responsible for introducing McNutt & Partners to new digital clients as well as serving as a liaison between those clients and the McNutt & Partners team throughout the length of service. As a member of the McNutt & Partners Sales Team, the digital sales associate will work in close collaboration with the owner/principal and our exceptional team to deliver great work for an everchanging list of clients.


  • Introduction of new business clients to McNutt & Partners
  • Identification and acquisition of prospects that would work well with the McNutt & Partners team in terms of communication and compensation
  • Identification and acquisition of prospects in varying verticals that would prove good fits for McNutt & Partners as a business
  • Negotiating from the top down with client prospects in an effort to finalize deals
  • Presenting and conveying key points to client prospects on behalf of McNutt & Partners
  • Securing signed contracts for every new client prior to the beginning of work to be sent to the owner/principal
  • Developing an understanding of client needs and communicating those effectively to the McNutt & Partners team
  • Identifying client problems and offering solutions based on McNutt & Partners’ talents
  • Filing CO-OP advertising paperwork on behalf of clients
  • Striving to meet revenue targets set by the owner/principal
  • Maximizing the McNutt & Partners team’s talents monetarily
  • Ensuring clients carry no bad debts and payment is timely
  • Reviewing and analyzing personal sales performance periodically
  • Strategizing, planning, recording and reporting his or her time in terms of prospect visits, cold calls, existing client meetings, etc..

What We’re Looking For

  • At least three (3) years’ experience in sales with one (1) year of experience in radio-TV-media sales preferred
  • Familiarity with respective markets
  • Excellent communication skills—both with clients and with the McNutt & Partners team
  • Understanding of McNutt & Partners offerings and ability to convey to clients how these offerings can solve problems
  • Desire to grow in the position
  • Persistence in pursuing client prospects
  • Basic knowledge of computers and technology
  • Flexibility in traveling to pursue client prospects and meeting with existing clients
  • Self-starting mentality with the ability to organize and record time spent meeting with clients to report back to the owner/principal


This commission-based position offers unlimited earning potential with stipends available depending on experience and performance.
