Summary

McNutt & Partners, LLC, is seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented digital sales associate interested in unlimited earning potential for a full-time or part-time position. The ideal candidate would have at least three (3) years of sales experience, and one (1) year of sales experience in the radio/television or digital media field preferred. This position is ideal for those with sales experience looking to transition into a more modern, thriving form of media.

The sales associate will be responsible for introducing McNutt & Partners to new digital clients as well as serving as a liaison between those clients and the McNutt & Partners team throughout the length of service. As a member of the McNutt & Partners Sales Team, the digital sales associate will work in close collaboration with the owner/principal and our exceptional team to deliver great work for an everchanging list of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Introduction of new business clients to McNutt & Partners
  • Identification and acquisition of prospects that would work well with the McNutt & Partners team in terms of communication and compensation
  • Identification and acquisition of prospects in varying verticals that would prove good fits for McNutt & Partners as a business
  • Negotiating from the top down with client prospects in an effort to finalize deals
  • Presenting and conveying key points to client prospects on behalf of McNutt & Partners
  • Securing signed contracts for every new client prior to the beginning of work to be sent to the owner/principal
  • Developing an understanding of client needs and communicating those effectively to the McNutt & Partners team
  • Identifying client problems and offering solutions based on McNutt & Partners’ talents
  • Filing CO-OP advertising paperwork on behalf of clients
  • Striving to meet revenue targets set by the owner/principal
  • Maximizing the McNutt & Partners team’s talents monetarily
  • Ensuring clients carry no bad debts and payment is timely
  • Reviewing and analyzing personal sales performance periodically
  • Strategizing, planning, recording and reporting his or her time in terms of prospect visits, cold calls, existing client meetings, etc..

What We’re Looking For

  • At least three (3) years’ experience in sales with one (1) year of experience in radio-TV-media sales preferred
  • Familiarity with respective markets
  • Excellent communication skills—both with clients and with the McNutt & Partners team
  • Understanding of McNutt & Partners offerings and ability to convey to clients how these offerings can solve problems
  • Desire to grow in the position
  • Persistence in pursuing client prospects
  • Basic knowledge of computers and technology
  • Flexibility in traveling to pursue client prospects and meeting with existing clients
  • Self-starting mentality with the ability to organize and record time spent meeting with clients to report back to the owner/principal

Compensation

This commission-based position offers unlimited earning potential with stipends available depending on experience and performance.
